2. Research & Analysis - We will tap into our network, finding you the most qualified talent handling both the introduction and ongoing contact with candidates.
3. Candidate Vetting - Those who fit your needs will go through a rigorous interview process to assess the candidate based off of our consultation and  job description.   
4. Candidate Presentation & Tracking - A formal presentation of the candidate is provided to you.
5. Collaboration & Follow-Up -  We gather the feedback of both interviewers and interviewees to determine fit. Ultimately, we will assist you in assessment, selection, and offer negotiation.
